How do I place an order?
You can request a quote through phone, email, or by sending us a message on the "Contact Us" page of our website. Submitted quotes are not a reservation, as more information is needed to complete a rental order.
What is needed to place an order?
We will need the delivery/pick up address, date of event, and an onsite contact person with a phone number if possible.
What areas do you service?
We currently service all of the San Gabriel Valley.
What are your rental rates?
All rentals quoted are based on a one-day rental period per item. Weekends count as one day (delivery on Friday, pickup on Sunday/Monday). Any rental equipment kept longer than the specified time will be charged accordingly.
When do you deliver and pick up the rental items?
Delivery is normally a day before the event. Pick-up would be a day or two after the event; however, we can pick-up the items on the day of the event. For more information on delivery and pick up, please give us a call.
Can I make revisions to my order after it's been submitted?
Yes, you may make revisions to your order up to 2 weeks before your rental date.
What are my payment options?
We take cash, credit cards, and checks. Checks must be given at least one month before your rental date.
Do you set up and break down rental items?
We offer set up and breakdown for canopies and bouncers at no extra charge. We can perform setup and breakdown for all other items at an additional fee.
How do I care for the rental equipment?
It is your responsibility, from the time of receipt until the time of return, to keep all items secure from theft and damage; this includes water damage from rain. Should you have a special situation, please let us know and we will be happy to work on a solution for your event.
Will I be charged for damaged/broken equipment?
Yes, damaged/broken equipment will be be charged the full retail price.
Will I be charged for equipment that I don't use?
Yes, all rental equipment will be charged the full rental cost. If you refuse equipment at the time of delivery, you will be subject to a loss of deposit or a restocking fee.
Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes, we charge a delivery fee for every rental order. Our delivery fees vary based on delivery area and quantity of items.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 72 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Any cancellations made past the 72 hours will result in a 25% loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% loss of deposit.
Do I need to clean/launder my rentals prior to pickup?
Silverware, China, and Glassware should be rinsed and stored in the same containers provided by us prior to pickup.
Please shake linens to get rid of food/confetti, as well as inspect them for damage. Please do not place linens in plastic bags, as this may lead to mildew, and they may also be accidently thrown away.
